Since 12 August 2026, every retailer without an establishment in Germany must appoint an authorised representative under German packaging law when delivering packaged goods to end customers in Germany. With rep-germany.de, R&R Vivendi takes on this role: built on more than 20 years of our own cross-border mail order experience and deliberately kept affordable, so that small retailers can meet the obligation too.

The service covers representation towards German authorities and the LUCID packaging register, volume reports filed on time, deadline monitoring and record keeping. Ordering is completed entirely online, in 9 languages, at a fixed price of 170 € per year.

Regulation (EU) 2024/1781 on ecodesign requires a digital product passport for a growing number of product groups. From 18 February 2027 the obligation applies to batteries above 2 kWh; textiles, tyres, aluminium, furniture and electronics follow step by step. The regulation makes no exception for small businesses: it applies to everyone placing a product on the EU market.

With labelpass.eu, R&R Vivendi takes on this task. Customers upload their product list as an Excel or CSV file and map the columns once. We create a product passport with a QR code for every row, keep it available for 10 years and enter it in the EU register as soon as the Commission opens it for that product group. The price is 260 € per year for 100 product passports, each additional one costs 0.25 €.

The advance directive card (Patientenverfügung-Ausweis, a German-language product) combines your living will, care directive and healthcare power of attorney on a handy credit-card-sized card, available instantly, anywhere. In an emergency, paramedics and doctors have immediate access to your wishes without relying on technology that can fail or break.

The card costs 44 € including VAT and shipping. The ordering process is deliberately simple and guides you step by step through all the details. The site also offers free healthcare planning forms to print out and video instructions on how to fill them in.

About us

R&R Vivendi was founded by Roman Rötting and Roman Breitenbach, out of the shared conviction that people need practical solutions that work when it counts. Both have been self-employed for years, and the roles are clearly divided. It starts with an idea from Roman Rötting: As managing director of several trading companies, he sees in his day-to-day business what retailers are missing and which obligation is coming their way next. Roman Breitenbach brings that idea to life. Web development and SEO have been his field for more than 20 years: He turns the idea into a finished product in which everything interlocks, from search engine visibility to the complete ordering process. In the end it runs like a machine, and he makes sure it stays that way.

That is how the products came about. rep-germany.de comes from mail order: Roman Rötting ships goods abroad himself and appoints authorised representatives in other countries for it. labelpass.eu is the same task under a different law: Packaging law affects the shipment, the Ecodesign Regulation from 2027 the product itself. The advance directive card added the experience of Roman Breitenbach from 15 years as a certified intensive care and anaesthesia nurse: He knows the situations in which a living will is needed but nobody has it at hand.
